Next November 18, 2021, the first multiplier event of the Erasmus + INCLUDED project in Spain will be celebrated at Fundación a la Par in collaboration with the European University of Madrid. With the title “Inclusive Education through tangible digital storytelling,” the event foresees different keynote speeches. Also, during the event is going to be presented the book “Approach to Inclusive education through tangible digital storytelling,” a course manual on tangible digital storytelling for teachers, elaborated by INCLUDED partners during the 2019-20 academic year and edited by SAR Alejandria Publishing House in collaboration with the European University of Madrid. INCLUDED LTTA IN ROVERETO 1ST & 2ND OCTOBER 2021
On October 1ST and 2nd 2021, the INCLUDED project LTTA (Transnational Learning, Teaching and Training Activities) event was held in Rovereto (Italy) with the collaboration of EduTech and Università di Trento. We want to thank all teachers from Spain (Fundación A LA PAR) and Italy (Istituto Comprensivo Modena 3) for the attendance and involvement in the activity.

INCLUDED PARTICIPATION IN EDULEARN CONGRESS 2021
Last 5th-6th July 2021, the INCLUDED project participated in the Edulearn 2021 Congress (13th Annual International Conference on Education and New Technologies for Learning), with a research article on the “TEACHERS ‘PERCEPTIONS ABOUT COLLABORATION AND INCLUSION USING A TANGIBLE DIGITAL STORYTELLING TOOL (I-THEATER) IN PRE-SCHOOL AND PRIMARY EDUCATION: THE INCLUDED PROJECT RESEARCH PILOT STUDY.” The authors presented the results from questionnaires and interviews conducted with 40 Italian and Spanish teachers after using i-Theatre in pre-school and primary school between January and April 2021. INCLUDED presentation in Edulearn 2021
We are pleased to announce the acceptance of the INCLUDED abstract for presentation at the next EDULEARN 2021 Congress (13th Annual International Conference on Education and New Technologies for Learning), which will be held in virtual format between 5th – 6th July 2021. The presentation, entitled “Teachers’ perceptions about collaboration and inclusion using a tangible digital storytelling tool (i-Theater) in pre-school and primary education: the INCLUDED Project Research pilot study,” is a qualitative analysis of the first data collected in the pilot experimentation phase with i-Theater in the collaborating schools of the project in Italy and Spain during January-May 2021.

i-Theatre in Scuola Italiana di Madrid
Since last week, i-Theater tool has been in the third of the INCLUDED’s collaborating schools in Madrid: Scuola Italiana di Madrid. I-THEATER EXPERIENCE AT CEIP MENDÉNDEZ Y PELAYO (MADRID)

INCLUDED webinar in Milano Digital Week 2021
Next March 19th 2021, INCLUDED project will present the webinar “Between innovation and tradition: digital storytelling experiences for inclusive education” in #MilanoDigitalWeek, with the collaboration of Stripes Digitus Lab. In this webinar, speakers will present the storytelling approach integrated with technology, starting from the teachers’ experiences, showing how this can be an effective and meaningful method not only to nourish motivation, creativity, relational and cognitive skills in children but also to enhance basic and curricular skills. i-Theatre in CEIP Menéndez y Pelayo School (Madrid)
Since yesterday, March 1st, 2021, the i-Theater tool is in Menéndez y Pelayo School, another of the collaborating centers of the INCLUDED project in Madrid. In this experimentation phase before the investigation, the i-Theater will be available to teachers and students of Early Childhood Education. I-THEATER IN THE COLLABORATING SCHOOLS IN MADRID
We have everything almost ready to start with the rotation of i-Theater by three of the collaborating educational centers of the INCLUDED project in Madrid as of February 1, 2021. After a brief training about i-Theatre’s functioning, the tool will remain available in the school for two weeks. The objective is to provide teachers and students with the chance of starting to experiment and get in touch with i-Theater possibilities before the beginning of the project’s research phase in the classroom.

POSTPONEMENT OF THE WORKSHOP ON STORYTELLING, EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION AND TECHNOLOGY IN KINDERGARTEN AND PRIMARY SCHOOL
The workshop “Storytelling, educational inclusion and technology in kindergarten and primary school”, scheduled on November 13th 2020, has been postponed, without a new date due to the COVID-19 situation and restrictions in Spain. From the INCLUDED team, we want to thank the interest and patience of all those registered. We hope to set a new date soon and count on your participation.

The Workshop “Storytelling, Educational Inclusion and Technology in Kindergarten and Primary School” is cancelled due to the COVID-19 emergency. The event, framed among the training actions of the INCLUDED Project “Inclusive childhood education supported by multimedia and digital storytelling” is postponed to 12 September 2020. Help us choose a logo for INCLUDED
We asked school students of Istituto Comprensivo 3 Modena (Italy, IT), Fundación A LA PAR (Spain, ES) and Rovastinkankaan koulu (Finland, FI) for Drawings about INCLUDED. All the drawings are wonderful but a logo should be easy to remember and scalable (reducible in size and still visible and recognizable). First international meeting, Modena September 30, 2019
On September 30, 2019, the opening meeting of the Erasmus+ 2019-22 project INCLUDED: Inclusive education through digital narration was held in Modena (Italy).
